Inside the digest

All the useful alerts, in one email.

See useful conversations and lead opportunities, plus a count of the low-relevance posts filtered out.

A clearer briefing

A useful briefing, not a pile of links.

Every Alertly email is structured to show what happened, what deserves attention and where to go next.

01

Start with the whole picture

See how many useful alerts were found, how many are potential leads, which source was busiest and how much noise Alertly removed.

02

See the standout conversation first

The top post is pulled forward so the conversation getting the most attention does not disappear halfway down the digest.

03

Work through alerts by goal

Lead opportunities, brand mentions, competitor conversations and other signals are grouped around what your team wants to achieve.

04

Open every post with context

Review the source, keyword, monitoring goal, sentiment, relevance score and post text before deciding where to act.

Email alert FAQs

Answers to common questions about receiving Alertly monitoring alerts by email.

What are social media email alerts?

Social media email alerts notify you when useful conversations match the brands, competitors, products or topics you monitor. Alertly combines those conversations into a scheduled digest so you can review them without repeatedly checking social feeds and search tabs.

What does an Alertly email digest include?

Each digest can include an at-a-glance summary, a standout top post and alerts grouped by monitoring goal. Individual alerts can show the post title and text, source link, keyword, platform, time, sentiment and relevance score when that data is available.

Are email alerts sent daily or hourly?

Daily email alerts are available, with hourly monitoring available where supported by your plan. You choose the refresh cadence for each keyword, so urgent monitors can run more frequently than lower-priority topics.

Will I receive a separate email for every mention?

No. Alertly sends scheduled digests rather than one email for every matching post. That keeps your inbox manageable while still giving you the conversations and context needed to act.

Does Alertly filter irrelevant posts before emailing me?

Yes. Alertly applies your keyword exclusions, language, goal and noise-filter settings before preparing the digest. The summary can also show how many low-relevance posts were filtered out.

Who receives the email alerts?

Alert digests are sent to users on the Alertly account. Email is connected when a user has verified their address, so there is no separate inbox integration to install.

Which sources can appear in email alerts?

Alertly monitors LinkedIn, Reddit, X, YouTube, Bluesky and Google News. Relevant alerts generated from those sources can be included in your scheduled email digest.

Do I need to keep the Alertly dashboard open?

No. Alertly continues monitoring in the background and sends the scheduled digest to your inbox. You can open the dashboard when you want to search, filter or review more alerts.
